1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the vip2 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through vip2 (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered members and visitors.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

vip2 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on vip2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is set in accordance with Philippine regulations governing online gaming and gambling platforms. vip2 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of vip2, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

vip2 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of vip2 services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on vip2. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. vip2 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: vip2 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at vip2's discretion, subject to applicable law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vip2 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: vip2 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available methods may change from time to time.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during operating hours (8AM–12MN PHT). Bank transfers are generally processed within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing verification.
• Withdrawal Fees: vip2 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which vip2 bears no responsibility.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your vip2 account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. vip2 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting vip2 support is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action to recover any amounts reversed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

vip2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. vip2 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• vip2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, vip2's decision shall be final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the vip2 Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game available on vip2 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, vip2 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. vip2 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
• Disconnections: vip2 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections or device failures on the player's end. Where possible, game state is preserved and can be resumed upon reconnection.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. vip2 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Void Bets: vip2 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that constitute a violation of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip2 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to vip2 immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the vip2 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of vip2 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vip2.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

vip2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vip2 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vip2 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Privacy

vip2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vip2 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services. Please review the Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Responsible Gaming

vip2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help members manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available from your account settings.

vip2 reserves the right to impose limits on or suspend any account where there is evidence of problem gambling behavior, in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations.

12. Termination

vip2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account (after deducting any amounts owed to vip2) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting vip2 customer support. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

vip2 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.

14. Amendments

vip2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, vip2 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 above.
